Cloudiness

Cloudiness does not have a relationship with latitude. There is a high degree of variance in cloudiness across all latitudes, suggesting that latitude does not cause an area to be more or less cloudy. This is related to the fact that many areas can be cloudy one day but have clear skies the next; clearly, this is unrelated to latitude.
